Refund & Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item.

Non-returnable items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we may refuse returns on items that show signs of wear, misuse, or damage caused after delivery.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
